TABO has through the year developed several models of insertion machines. Some have been manual, some semi-automatic and some fully automatic. The latest development is called A S-55, with alternative version GA-55, and is completely built in the floor. With this solution the floor space in front of the cremator is completely free, which enables easy coffin transportation system with truck or catafalque. The lifting and insertion into the cremator is completely automatic. The arms lift the coffin to the correct height, the insertion door is automatically opened, and insertion and closing of the door again is done completely automatic. When the coffin has been inserted the cremation process starts immediately.
The machine is the most advanced and safest insertion system on the market. It enables large flexibility and is very reliable.
Fully automatic
The TABO AS-55/GA-55 is based on the same technology as the classical TABO S-55 insertion machine. The S-55 is maybe the most widely used insertion machine in the world. The new TABO AS-55 / GA-55 insertion machine is fully automatic and built in the floor. The insertion is made automatically and improves the working environment.
Model AS-55/A-S-110 alt GA-55/GA-110
The machine can be adapted to both two-level installations and one-level installations (same floor level on insertion and ash-raking side). We call the different alternatives low (AS-55/GA-55) and high insertion machine (AS-110/GA-110).
Built in the floor
The machine is completely built in the floor, which make it possible to load the insertion machine from both a traditional catafalque and a manual or motor driven truck.
Safety
There are several safety functions in case something would go wrong during insertion. The machine can be operated manually in case the motor fails or in case of power failure. It is possible to switch to manual insertion at any time during the insertion.
