MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN
An especially attractive option for privately operated crematoria, for whom the lease payments would be allowable against tax on profits. A fixed monthly payment is agreed at the outset – which remains unchanged for the duration of the agreed period. Because legal ownership of the equipment rests with the finance provider, the capital cost of the equipment does not rest on your balance sheet.

PAY PER CREMATION
We can supply systems where monthly payments are made according to actual usage. A typical agreement would last ten years. Due to the seasonal variation in the demand for cremation, variations in cash flow will be reflected in the corresponding monthly payments.

MAINTENANCE and REPAIRS
You can choose to stipulate what level of maintenance and repairs are included in the payment plan. At its most basic, this can be simply the normal maintenance. At its most comprehensive we can offer a full maintenance and repair package, covering the cost of all maintenance, repairs, and replacement, and associated labour costs.

You need never buy another cremator – at the end of the finance agreement you could simply opt for a new agreement.
